(b) Planning application for 6 flats on land to the rear of 2-8 Penny Close: To report a letter has been received from Taunton DBC stating the application has been withdrawn (for information)
(c) Minute 14444 refused application for solar water heating panels at 49 High Street: To report a letter has been received from Taunton DBC stating an appeal for this application has been lodged with the secretary of state (enclosed: for information)
(d) Minute 14588 (4th February meeting): Application for dwelling at land adjacent to Bruins, Burchills Hill: To report a letter has been received from Taunton DBC stating the application has been withdrawn (for information)

The council agreed to grant £500 for the project at its August meeting on condition the full target for the project was reached (enclosed: for information).
