To receive letter from Taunton DBC parking and civil contingencies manager Mr John Lewis about residents parking

(a) Minute 14212 (2nd April meeting) Tonedale Mill redevelopment: Letter from Rev. Peter Curtis expressing concerns about proposals (it is suggested that letter be considered in detail when plans are received)
(b) Minute 14222 (2nd April meeting): Tone Multi Use Games Area: To report that Tone MUGA has been completed (for information)
(c) Minute 14217 Weavers Reach dog waste bin: To report that new dog waste bin has been installed (for information)
(d) Minute 14218 (2nd April meeting) Burrough Way noticeboard: To report that new notice board has been erected (for information)
(e) Minute 14175 (5th March meeting): More litter bins needed: To report that a new larger type litter bin has been erected by Taunton DBC in North Street near police station (for information)

(a) Invitation for chairman and councillors to attend the annual presentation evening at Court Fields Community School on Thursday, 21st June at 7.30pm (members are asked to reply)
(b) Letter from Taunton DBC re search for 50 notable trees in Taunton Deane (for information)

To consider whether to make any recommendations or suggestions for inclusion on the agenda for the next WEP meeting on Monday 11th June 2007 at 6pm
