The NOVEMBER PLANNING meeting of Wellington Town Council will be held in the United Reformed Church Hall in Fore Street, Wellington, on MONDAY, 6th November 2006 at 6pm. Mr John Hamer, Taunton Deane Borough Council’s West area planning manager, will be in attendance.

2. TO DETERMINE THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS:
(a) Erection of a first floor extension at 1 Laburnum Road, Wellington (43/2006/094: Planning officer recommends approval: report/conditions enclosed. 2 letters of objection on grounds of overlooking and loss of light and privacy from Mrs J. Smith and Mr H. Slade enclosed)
(b) Construction of dormer window to rear elevation at 61 Springfield Road, Wellington (43/2006/104: Planning officer recommends approval, report enclosed. The applicant is an employee of Taunton DBC and so decision has to be made by town council and not by council officer. There are no objections)
(c) Erection of first floor extension at 6 Orchard Close, Westford, Wellington (43/2006/106: Planning officer recommends approval, report and conditions enclosed. 1 letter of objection from Mr P. Duffy enclosed)
